Woman sets plastic surgery record
London's Cindy Jackson currently holds the Guinness World Record (find more records) for most number of plastic surgeries and cosmetic procedures. Jackson, 55, says she's had Botox, facelifts, liposuction and more. The record holder has written books and offers cosmetic surgery advice on her website.
