Miley Cyrus back on Twitter
Teen star Miley Cyrus, 18, is back on Twitter (see @gypsyhearttour), and she says it’s largely because she wants to follow Charlie Sheen and his “Torpedo of Truth” tour. When Cyrus quit Twitter in October 2009 – largely at the behest of then-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth – she reportedly had more than a million followers.
