Sex offender fakes death a second time
Texas police say convicted sex offender, Michael A. Gilbert, allegedly killed a homeless man in an attempt to fake his own death. It's not the first time Gilbert has done something like this. In 2002, he tried to convince authorities that he drowned to avoid going back to jail over a parole violation.
